Return Policy
Our return policy applies to orders placed at FICE Gallery or on our online website, www.ficegallery.com. In addition, these policies apply to sales conducted via third-party sites customers may be directed to from our website.
ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
ALL SALES ON ITEMS PURCHASED VIA RAFFLE ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Purchases may be returned within 10 days of receipt for In Store Credit or Exchange only.
Online returns or cancellations will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible to provide or pay for return postage and initial shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. Once the purchased online items have been inspected and confirmed a refund will be issued.
All returns must be in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging intact, price tags attached, and with the original invoice.
When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box or is damaged in any way. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.
